I enjoy working with individuals and couples across the life cycle: young adults dealing with anxiety, self-esteem & relationship issues; couples long married and looking to enhance their relationship; and 'baby boomers' facing their own transitions while being 'sandwiched' between the needs of adult children and aging parents. I believe in our capacity for personal growth individually and in our closest relationships throughout life. In a safe, confidential environment you are invited to engage in the empowering process of therapy. My therapeutic style is warm, empathic and interactive.
