With over 20 years of experience in various settings. I've had the privilege to witness incredible transformations in people's lives. These experiences have in-turn transformed me into a person who believes that anyone, no matter what walk of life or troublesome situation, can indeed improve their quality of life. By simply updating some old modes of coping, thinking and behaving, one can reduce emotional symptoms and can replace them with a more complete sense of self. My approach is compassionate, collaborative and tailored to your unique story. Together we work to uncover strengths, develop new tools and create lasting change. In this office you will be regarded warmly and always with respect. I feel it’s such an important part of the therapeutic process. This process takes trust which I believe starts with mutual respect.
