I have 30 years experience working with adults, children, and families. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive/behavioral therapy, insight oriented treatment, and solution focused counseling. I am also EMDR certified which helps clients to process trauma memories and often helps when a client feels "stuck" in a particular phase of therapy. I have worked as an Early Intervention Specialist in the school system for 19 years. I am also trained in Brainspotting and IFS Therapy.
