My name is Maureen Ezechukwu. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in providing psychotherapy to individuals who are experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other general stressors. I utilize a strength-based approach that combines solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, DBT skills (mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotional regulation) and nontraditional ways of therapy. I am passionate about helping my clients navigate through life as the best version of themselves.
