My name is Maureen Finn and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am passionate about helping individuals create desired change in their lives while developing self-compassion and self-acceptance. My focus areas of practice are anxiety, depression, women's issues, eating disorders, and trauma. The common theoretical approaches I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Attachment-Based, Person-Centered, Family Systems, and Trauma Focused.
