Therapy helps you uncover and utilize your inner and outer resources so that you can live the life that you want. As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in working with people coping with depression, anxiety, life transitions, recovery from trauma, exploring sexual and gender identity, and managing chronic illness. Each year I become more inspired by my clients' courage and growth.
