I believe there is a balance in every facet of our lives. Balance refers to a state of equilibrium a point where we all find calm. I would venture to say a place or state we all strive to achieve. Yet, we also know our lives are filled with those times when things are just not what they used to or should be. Whether your part of a sandwich generation (caring for children as well as elderly parent or parents); a parent of a teen who swears they know best and you have never lived life; your middle schooler looks and sounds like another person (due to their behavior); your toddler or school age child is making life difficult.
