I am originally from a suburb of Detroit, where I obtained my undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Madonna University (Livonia, Michigan), and my Master of Arts in Psychology from Wayne State University (Detroit, Michigan). Certified through the American Council on Exercise, I am also a Certified Health Coach and have a passion for guiding people through the behavioral change process. With over 23 years of experience, I have worked in a variety of settings including tele-health, community mental health, private practice, education, corporate health care, and intensive outpatient treatment.
