With over 25 years of experience as a Therapist and Life Coach, I draw on a broad variety of styles and techniques. I work with clients with anxiety, depression and relationship issues. Some of my trainings: Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, EFT Tapping, & Expressive Therapy. I incorporate & design what will be best for each individual client/ couple in order to get you to your desired outcome. I work with clients to help identify areas where they are blocked, show them how to get moving and set and reach their goals in work, relationships and life.
