I am really happy you are treating yourself to help! It takes courage to reach out to a counselor, embrace the unknown and become open to change. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to talk and deal with what has been difficult to address. I find that peoples’ best answers come from within themselves. It is an honor and a blessing to travel with people as they journey from feeling their lowest, to discovering new areas of strength. Specialties include couples, adults with depression and anxiety, teens, and family therapy.
