I often support adults navigating ADHD, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating patterns, chronic health challenges, low self-esteem, perfectionism, adoption-related concerns, life transitions, and family-of-origin or relationship dynamics. I also welcome individuals from all backgrounds who are seeking thoughtful, culturally responsive, and individualized care in a safe and collaborative space.
