I recognize that therapy is not "one size fits all". As a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia with a Master's degree in Community Counseling, I offer specialized therapeutic services to individuals, teenagers, and couples. My expertise lies in helping adults manage a range of challenges, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, emotional and physical trauma. I also work with adolescents struggling with disruptive mood dysregulation disorder (DMDD) and oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), and I assist couples in re-energizing their relationships.
