Life is full of transitions, and one of the most pivotal is the transition to parenthood. Supporting families through the messy parts of life has been the central pillar of my career. Parenthood comes with depths and heights - joy and pain, and navigating it all can take a toll. It can be easy to lose yourself in the demands of parenting and the ever-present pressures and expectations. I offer a space for parents to reconnect with themselves, address their needs, and support their wellbeing. Parenting can be a lonely road, but it doesn’t need to be.
