Hi! I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) based in Massachusetts. I’ve worked in the field for 20 years providing counseling services for individuals and families. Using an integrative approach, I help individuals looking to build upon their strengths to improve coping skills, better their relationships, and create lasting change. Learning ways to identify our feelings, explore our values, and help to align our day to day life to those values is something that everyone can benefit from exploring. In our first session, we will start with brief introductions, gather some background information, and begin to focus on what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from sessions moving forward. Clients will have the opportunity to ask any questions they may have about the therapy experience.
