I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional challenges. My approach is collaborative/compassionate. In our first few sessions we will work together to identify your goals, create a clear plan for improvement and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, heard, and understood. With nearly 30 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring extensive clinical expertise and a strong history of successful outcomes. I love being a social worker and am passionate about helping people help themselves by gaining insight, strengthening coping skills and creating meaningful, lasting change using evidence-based therapy.
