I am passionate about working with fellow members of the LGBTQ+ community. I have extensive experience providing support to individuals questioning their gender and/or sexual orientation. Mental health, much like sexuality and gender, exists along a spectrum. Things fluctuate and shift, sometimes causing struggle. I aim to help you navigate that struggle and build skills to feel more confident as you work toward improved wellness.
