Life can be overwhelming, painful, and uncertain—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. My name is Max, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey. My goal is to offer compassion in moments of suffering, support self-discovery during times of confusion, and help cultivate the motivation to live a life aligned with your values and sense of fulfillment. As an undergraduate, I provided affirming care for LGBTQ+ students through the Sac State Pride Center. There, I counseled peers facing the challenges of young adulthood—interpersonal conflict, emotional regulation, identity development, and life transitions. Most recently, I’ve trained in community mental health at the Center for Integrative Healing, where I provided therapy for clients with a range of complex trauma histories.
