My job is to help you understand how your past shapes your present and support you in recognizing (and breaking free from) the patterns and outside expectations that keep you feeling stuck. Together, we’ll explore what actually brings you joy and fulfillment, with plenty of gentleness and self-compassion along the way. My therapy style blends humor and warmth with deep, meaningful work—sometimes cracking up while introducing our pets over Zoom can be just as healing as processing deep-rooted childhood trauma.
