Hey there — I’m Max! I work with teens, adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, and more navigating anxiety, mood disorders, trauma (including a history of child abuse), and identity development. Many of my clients come in because they feel overwhelmed by their emotions or stuck in old coping patterns. Together, we’ll build understanding, balance, and confidence so you can feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself and the people around you.
