Appointment times Monday AM 10am-1:30pm and Thursday 2pm / 3pm / 5pm / 6pm, in Portland’s State Theatre Building … Many people struggle with feeling disempowered, whether at work, home, or in living with disability or addiction. It is so hard to build momentum towards change when there is no foundation to build on. I believe in working together to catalyze change, growth, and acceptance. We will work together to implement adaptive change via an empowerment model. The focus of the work is first on building a working relationship and trust, then on collaborative goal setting.
