About

I work with adults who grew up in trauma, including being raised by toxic or abusive parents, having experienced childhood sexual abuse or incest, and/or being hurt by high-control religious environments. I love working with fellow queer folks, as well as people who are ADHD and/or autistic, who were former high-achieving gifted kids and are now burnt-out adults. My ideal client has often received ineffective or even harmful mental health treatment in the past, and struggles to tune into their body, emotions, wants, and needs.
