We’re constantly juggling responsibilities, relationships, expectations, and somewhere along the way, it’s easy to lose track of ourselves. That’s why I see therapy more than anything as a space where you finally get to focus on you. No pressure to perform. Just space to be yourself, and figure things out. I'm here to walk alongside you as you navigate whatever’s coming up—whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationship struggles just feeling off and not quite knowing why. Every person is different, and I tailor my approach to fit you, not the other way around. Most of my clinical experience has involved working with adult males. I often support during those seasons of life where everything feels like it's shifting—your identity, your relationships, your sense of direction. I also have extensive experience working with people on the Autism Spectrum and additionally work with couples trying to figure things out.
