During these difficult times nerves are often frayed and relationships can get testy. As old wounds and past traumas get stirred up, anxiety and depression might resurface. I work with LGBT and straight individuals and couples, striving to help people feel comfortable expressing their feelings and asserting their needs. I have advanced training in trauma, adoption, gay/lesbian and couple's therapy. I also have expertise treating the impact of parental divorce, substance abuse and immigration on adult-child relationships. An important goal is for you to gain more control of your issues and feel more confident in your decisions.
