I like to think of my client as the expert of their own situation. I cherish and appreciate the opportunity to experience a person's life story from their perspective. I work mostly with women, adolescents, and young adults. I specialize in working with anyone who may be undergoing a transitional period in their life; whether it be a job loss or gain, stress or anxiety within their school, career, or profession, a relationship change, or uncertainty about their next step in life. I work from a collaborative, caring and understanding alliance. I approach a person's unique strengths and areas they wish to improve on using an integrative, depth psychological approach. I believe no one person is exactly the same; why should their therapy be any different? I am passionate about assisting others to discover and maximize their growth potential and appreciate their true selves.
