I often work with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, past traumas, life transitions, or find themselves unable to break unhealthy patterns. I'm a multicultural and bilingual psychotherapist with 20+ years of experience. I have practiced in different settings during my career: community outpatient clinics, emergency psychiatry, inpatient, research. I have done post-graduate training to refine my clinical skills, become a better therapist: DBT, psychoanalyisis, AF-EMDR.
