Before being a psychotherapist, I am a human being walking alongside other humans, sharing in their fragility, doubts, and the quiet strength we all carry. I know life can feel unbearably heavy, that sadness, anxiety, and pain can overwhelm us, and that we can lose sight of ourselves. Yet even in the deepest darkness, there is room for healing, and light can return. My purpose is to walk with you through these moments, because life feels lighter when we are accompanied with empathy, compassion, and love.
