About
I enjoy working with people living with chronic illnesses and pain, survivors of complex trauma, people figuring out the rhythms of their bipolar disorder, and new and expectant parents of all genders. Informed by systems theories, and research on the neurobiology of trauma, addiction and pain, I honor the unique experience of each person, bringing curiosity, warmth, and humor to our relationship. I have experience working directly with survivors of domestic violence, veterans, people experiencing homelessness, seniors, dual diagnosis, neurodivergent people, and LGBTQ people. We will decide together which approaches fit your needs. My practice is grounded in psychodynamic perspectives, integrating elements of pain reprocessing therapy, interpersonal and social rhythm therapy, polyvagal theory, harm reduction, feminist and humanistic theories, and mindfulness, as appropriate. I prioritize collaboration and transparency.
