About

Empowering you to reclaim the narrative surrounding your "why" and rediscovering how you make sense of your life story is my goal. Through a narrative and strength-based approach, I support client's reconstruction of compassionate self-identity and working on building a toolbox of self-regulating skills to aid in managing discomfort in life. The experience of being seen and understood is incredibly valuable in my work to help client's release shame, embarrassment and trauma in the therapy room. Treatment goals include embracing intersectional identities; identifying, labeling and processing emotions; and building confidence. I specialize in working with adolescent and young adults going through life adjustments. Treatment often includes increasing self-confidence and self-esteem, exploration of interpersonal identities, and reclaiming the stories we tell ourselves, about ourselves to reflect the full complexity of your lived experiences.
