The healing process, at its core, happens when we feel safe enough to be witnessed. My role is to hold that safe space, fostering radical self-compassion and guiding you through the courageous work of self-discovery and the integration of all parts of yourself As a Relational Somatic Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in working with the nervous system, trauma, and attachment dynamics via an Ecological-Whole Person lens. I utilize a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive approaches to address the root causes of distress, understanding that much of our suffering is deeply embedded in our relational history and stored in our body.
