Hello! My name is Maya and I am a LSW therapist. I provide individual therapy to adolescents, young adults, and adults struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, PTSD, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, relationships, and work-related stress. I also assist youth and families with ASD, behavioral concerns, anger management/emotional regulation, impulse control, and communication concerns. I hold certificates in interpersonal violence/trauma and yoga/meditation instruction, to help guide those who have experienced traumatic events such as DV, SA, and intra-familial abuse. I utilize a holistic approach to counseling and continuously educate myself on new strategies to assist my clients based on their presenting needs and concerns.
