About
My ideal client is someone struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress etc. Someone that wants to meet in a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their feelings and develop effective strategies to help them in their everyday life. Their goals may include improving emotional regulation, building self-esteem, and/or achieving personal growth, etc. They may be seeking therapy because they want to lead a more fulfilling, balanced life and are committed to making positive changes. My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's unique journey. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for you to explore your emotions and thoughts. I use an approach that focuses on changing patterns of thinking (cognitive) and behaviors (behavioral) to improve emotional regulation, alleviate symptoms of mental health conditions, and promote positive outcomes through structured, goal-oriented techniques.
