Hey! I’m glad you stopped by! As a licensed therapist, I have a certification in International Sandtray therapy, which is a form of play therapy. I utilized expressive arts and play therapy for children and adults. I assist individuals who are looking to improve self-esteem, manage depression and anxiety, life changes/ transitions, guide college students, provide a safe space for domestic violence victims, process trauma, learn coping strategies, and guide adolescents and adults through healing the mind and body.
