My ideal client is someone who is seeking to take back ownership of their life. I have a background in working with victims of sexual abuse and want to work with clients who are ready to break through what is holding them back from becoming the best version of themselves. Your trauma does not have to hold you back any longer. I have the most experience working with teens but am comfortable with all ages. I do my best with clients who may be struggling with negative self talk and dealing with the every day pressures of life. Whether it be anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other struggles, I am here to walk along side you!
