I treat clients with a variety of difficulties that impact daily functioning, important relationships, self esteem, and create emotional pain. I support my clients in developing in areas of personal growth and achieving their goals and values. My areas of emphasis include depression and anxiety disorders, PTSD and trauma recovery, life transitions, and chronic pain/health conditions. The goals of treatment are to create a reduction in symptoms, lessen suffering, build up coping skills, and increase emotion regulation.
