I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Oregon and I specialize in trauma therapy for teens, adults, and men. I have extensive experience supporting individuals impacted by sexual violence and other traumatic experiences, and I bring a thoughtful, collaborative approach to this work. I support clients in clearly identifying the changes they want from counseling and then tailor treatment to support those goals. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Process Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT.
