Currently accepting new clients for in-person sessions in Brattleboro, VT, or telehealth with clients located in VT or MA. Every person has resilience and the capacity to heal. In my practice, I seek to help people build a life of their choosing. I am a therapist who will affirm and support my clients as they build emotional resiliency and heal from trauma. I use methods including EMDR, nature connection, mindfulness, and relational therapy. I specialize in working with people healing from trauma, and with people in helping professions.
