Hello! My name is Mayra Almanza and I am a formerly undocumented LMFT. My goal in therapy is to identify the different areas of your life that are being impacted and ensure that we find direction while not forgetting that there are many areas that need focus. Currently, my focus is on supporting individuals and couples in need of reproductive mental health. I take a holistic and client-centered approach in your sessions. I tend to use a more cognitive behavioral approach by discussing thoughts and feelings and working to challenge those when appropriate.
