Hello, my name is Mayra Alvarez, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I help individuals heal and rise from past trauma experiences, unexpected life events, generational trauma, grief, and encourage self-authenticity. I have worked with children, adults, and the elderly. I love working with teens, adults, and older adults across different walks of life, cultural backgrounds, and previous therapy experience. Life can be uncertain and unresolved trauma eventually makes itself stand out and can potentially impede everyday functioning. I am bilingual in Spanish and am open to having Spanish-only sessions.
