I am a Licensed Clinica Social Worker (LCSW). I earned my Master Degree in Social Work in 2010. I have a passion for helping clients navigate through complex issues, difficult emotions, and daily life stressors. I have several years of experience working with children, teens, and adults. I work closely with you to determine the best treatment approach and what your needs are. Some areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, parenting, and life stressors. In our first session, we will have introductions and get to know each other. You will have the opportunity to talk about the challenges you are facing and what you would like therapy to help you with. We will also explore what treatment will look like for you and collaboratively develop a treatment plan.
