As a first-generation Latina and the first in my family to graduate from college and earn a professional degree, I understand what it means to overcome barriers, feel pressure to succeed, and navigate two different worlds. I’m a relatable, down-to-earth, driven therapist who brings both lived experience and clinical expertise to our work together. My passion lies in supporting young women—especially college students and first-generation individuals—who are facing transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues.
