Life is challenging & we don't have all the answers. That's okay! Therapy is the space where one can strengthen intuition, increase awareness & find balance. As a 1st generation Latinx, it is important for me to provide a safe, nonjudgemental, & nurturing space to explore any/all issues. In the past 16 years, I've found great joy helping LGBTQ+, multicultural communities, & people of all ages explore ways to alleviate the heaviness trauma brings to their lives. Through the creative arts & psychotherapy, I'll provide the support & cultural sensitivity in your journey so you can create the authentic decisions that are right for you.
