Hi there, I'm Mayra! I am a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Orange County and working with clients statewide via Telehealth. I have an eclectic approach utilizing various theoretical approaches. However, I have extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. These approaches are research-based modalities that show symptom reductions and improve interpersonal functioning.
