I help individuals and parents heal from complex, intergenerational trauma, and postpartum emotional challenges. Trauma-informed couples therapy helps you rebuild safety, deepen empathy, and strengthen your bond I offer a warm and safe space to process your story, rebuild trust in your body, and reconnect with yourself and loved ones without fear or judgment. I’m a trauma-focused therapist experienced in single-incident, complex, and intergenerational trauma. I use evidence based practices such as; CBT, EMDR, WET, CPT and IFS, tailoring each session to your needs.
