Hi, I'm Mayra. I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor currently working at Tranquility Valley Trauma and Wellness. I have experience supporting victims and survivors of domestic violence and abuse, including those aged 4 and older. My work has involved adolescents, children, and adults. I focus on issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and complex PTSD, grief and adjustments in everyday life. I also have some experience in working with addictions.
