“It is a joy to be hidden, and disaster not to be found” (D.W. Winnicott). I believe that people have a fundamental need to be seen and heard. I aim to create space that allows clients to be their authentic selves as they grapple with the challenges of past traumas and present hardships. Too often people feel as though they are experiencing pain alone. I strongly believe in the therapeutic alliance and the uniqueness that is co-created within the supportive relational space. Together we can understand and integrate one’s trauma, strengthen one's self-confidence and deepen insight.
