I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based out of Sebastopol, CA. A variety of modalities such as Mindfulness, CBT, IFS and psychodynamic therapy are integrated into a flexible approach in an effort to tailor a therapeutic framework that works for you. I understand the complexities of living a high output lifestyle while maintaining a self-care practice that optimizes your functioning. We will work to increase the capacity to regulate emotion, resolve conflict, and work towards solutions to the immediate challenges you are currently facing. I utilize a supportive & reflective communication style to foster a deeply trusting and safe environment. The client can expect the sessions to be marked by deep active listening interspersed with timely feedback that seeks to illuminate meaningful insight.
