I believe therapy is a shared journey of growth and healing. I create a space for you to be your authentic self with openness, care, and a bit of playfulness. As a second-generation Pakistani American woman, I honor the impact of culture and identity on mental health. My goal is to build genuine connections and support each client’s unique path to meaningful change. I am a Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Columbia University with experience supporting individuals in crisis and families facing medical trauma.
