My specialties include OCD, ARFID, anxiety, depression, and phobias. I treat issues related to self-esteem, difficult relationships, life transitions, and negative thinking patterns. I work with children 10+, high schoolers, college students, and adults. I am an LGBTQIA+ ally and love working with the community. Sometimes, people struggling with social anxiety, phobias, OCD, ARFID, or BDD feel frustrated because traditional therapy “isn’t working” for them. (And they’re right!) These are treated with a different type of therapy. I utilize the gold standard of exposure response prevention (ERP) + acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to make actual, lasting change.
