Great to meet you! Hello, I’m McKenna, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. I received my Masters in Social Work from UNR and have training in DBT. My practice focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, life transitions, or stress management. A bit about my approach to therapy My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I believe that meaningful change happens in a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen and understood.
