Note: I am NOT currently accepting new clients- People I work with often feel exhausted by constant worry, looping thoughts, or the urge to seek reassurance just to get a moment of relief. If you are struggling with repetitive thoughts that go against your values, or anxiety that feels like too much to manage on your own, you are not alone. My practice focuses on providing therapeutic support for clients experiencing anxiety, OCD, life transitions, and queer and neurodivergent identity exploration. We'll work together to rebuild confidence and face fears.
